Haptek provides its newsgroup server as a public service to its customers. We ask that you follow these rules below in order to maintain public access to the newsgroups.

• No Binaries! Please include links to data on your own server instead.
  

• No Flaming! Please keep your conversations respectful and interesting. Otherwise, the news administrator may delete your message, and nobody wants to do that!
  

• Please stay on topic within each group. Crossposting is fine, as long as its reasonable.
  

• No soliciting allowed! Please don't advertise your product using these groups. It's okay to annouce Haptek related software, just don't sell it.
  

In case your worried, Haptek will not use or sell your email if obtained via this news server.

We recommend that when you post to our newsgroup, you don't use a machine readable version of you email address. For instance, instead of "john@doe.com" try something like "john AT doe DOT com". This will help prevent spammers from stealing your address from this public server, and sending you bulk mail.
